The ideal candidate should possess excellent clinical knowledge, strong consultation skills, and the ability to build patient trust while contributing to the clinic's overall growth through patient satisfaction, ethical sales, and business development.

- Ensure safe treatment practices and maintain the highest clinical standards.

- Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up consultations.

- Maintain accurate patient documentation, treatment records, and clinical photographs.

nPatient Management

- Deliver exceptional patient care throughout the patient journey.

- Build long-term patientrelationships through trust, empathy, and professional communication.

- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-procedure care, and maintenance plans.

- Manage patient expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

- Handle patient concerns, feedback, and queries promptly and professionally.

nClinic Operations

- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure smooth workflow.

- Maintain hygiene, sterilization, and infection control protocols.
N
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of clinic equipment.
N
- Coordinate effectively with therapists, nurses, front desk staff, and the management team.
N
- Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs, documentation standards, and quality protocols.

nBusiness Development, Sales & Upselling

N

- Conduct comprehensive consultations and recommend customized treatment plans based on each patient's concerns and clinical assessment.
N
- Effectively explain treatment procedures, packages, pricing, financing options, and expected outcomes.
N
- Convert consultations into treatment plans while maintaining a patient-first and ethical approach.
N
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling complementary treatments, skincare products, maintenance plans, and wellness services that enhance patient outcomes.
N
- Drive treatment packagesales and contribute to achieving monthly clinic revenue and consultation conversion targets.
N
- Encourage patient retention through follow-up consultations, maintenance programs, and long-term treatment planning.
N
- Build strong patient relationships to increase repeat visits, referrals, and overall patient lifetime value.
N
- Collaborate with the front office and marketing team to maximize appointment conversions, promotional campaigns, and lead management.
N
- Monitor consultation performance, treatment conversions, sales metrics,



and patient satisfaction to support continuous clinic growth.

nQualifications

n

- MBBS (Mandatory)
n
- Fellowship or Certification in Aesthetic Medicine, Cosmetology, or Clinical Dermatology preferred.
N
- Valid Medical Council Registration.
N
- MD/DNB Dermatology candidates are encouraged to apply.
N

nExperience

n

N
- 2–5+ years of experience in aesthetic medicine, cosmetic dermatology, or wellness clinics.
N
- Hands-on experience with injectables, lasers, advanced facial aesthetics, and body contouring procedures is preferred.
N
- Demonstrated experiencein consultation-based sales, treatment conversions, and patient relationship management is an added advantage.
