As an AES Salesforce Developer – Senior Associate- Operate, you will play a pivotal role in connecting Salesforce with other systems, applications, or databases to enable seamless data flow and process automation. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will focus on designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using various integration technologies and tools, such as Salesforce APIs, middleware platforms, and web services.

helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities Designing and implementing integration solutions using Salesforce APIs and middleware platforms

Developing seamless data flow and process automation between Salesforce and other systems

Analyzing client needs to optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting

Implementing Salesforce customization and data architecture to support client objectives

Utilizing RESTful API and web services for integration architecture implementation

Conducting integration analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements

Collaborating with teams to manage and inspire others in complex situations

Building meaningful client connections to anticipate and address their needs

Navigating ambiguity to deliver quality solutions and grow personal skills

Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 4 years of experience





Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Technology, Management Information Systems

Experience as a Salesforce and Data developer.

Knowledge in Salesforce flows, Lightning components, APEX, SOQL, ETL migration tools, REST & SOAP web services.

Proficient in overseeing a support ticketing queue with multiple open items, demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills;

Capable of leading team and client status meetings and extracting relevant metrics;

Handles client relationships, enabling effective communication;

Offers functional and/or technical subject matter expertise; AES Salesforce Senior Associate (Sr. Analyst) - Operate

Participates in process and/or redesign efforts;

At least one of the following: One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to system integration delivery, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer, or Platform Developer I

Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce APIs and Salesforce Development

Utilizing integration architecture implementation for seamless business integrations
