NJOB PURPOSE
nThe Webmaster/Web Assembler reports to the Team Lead and works closely with the Software engineers and Software Test engineers to provide quality delivery on the web application/website. He/she is responsible for integrating several modules together to create a web pages, added contents and support launch of web website.
NMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
NResponsible for integrating several modules to create a web page.
NImplements required configurations to activate the required modules for the web application / website.
NLocalises web application/ website (where applicable)
via backoffice / content management system (CMS).
NUpload contents into the web application / website.
NPerforms webmastering (page setup) on imported contents.
NParticipates in End-to-End Testing with all required parties to ensure the web application / website is fit for purpose (including unit testing of own completed task).
NREQUIRED EXPERIENCE
nProven experience in using Service management systems such as HPSAW, JIRA, ServiceNow, AEM 6.4
NProven ability to follow practices and processes to ensure high-quality support services to the clients.
NWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel.
NDesirable:
N3+ year of experience in IT or IS field
