NStudent Acquisition, Retention & School Promotion

- Drive student acquisition and enrollment initiatives to achieve admission targets.

- Develop and execute outreach programs to increase awareness and visibility of the school.

nDesired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degreein Business Administration/Management (MBA/PGDM will be preferred)
N
- 5+ years of relevant experience in school admissions, student affairs, outreach, community engagement, enrollment management, or school administration
N
- Prior experience in a K-12 school is strongly preferred
N
- Demonstrated success instudent acquisition, parent engagement, retention, and relationship management
N
- Strong communication, presentation, networking, and stakeholder management skills
N
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and contribute to a transformational growth agenda
