About the Role

ApnaMBA is hiring energetic Admission counselor to generate quality leads and are responsible for converting qualified leads into paid admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding MBA programs.
- Make 150 outbound calls daily to MBA aspirants.
- Understand student profile and suggest suitable colleges.
- Handle objections related to fees, ROI, placements, and credibility.
- Follow up until admission fee payment.
- Coordinate documentation and onboarding.

KRA (Key Result Areas)

Admissions closed: Minimum 3 - 5 per month

Lead-to-admission conversion ratio: 10 - 15%

Follow-up TAT: Same day

Fee collection efficiency

Student satisfaction during onboarding

Must-Have Skills

Robust closing ability

Excellent objection handling





Education sales experience preferred
