We’re looking for a hands-on admissions & applications specialist to help scale our admissions vertical. You’ll be responsible for turning student shortlists into high-quality, error-free, on-time university applications across major English speaking destinations

What You’ll Do

- Manage end-to-end applications: Familiarity with B2B portals (E.G SI-UK)
- Create & maintain country-wise checklists, documents, deadlines.
- Coordinate with students on post application admission support
- Ensure accurate submissions,



correct formats, translations & compliance.
- Track offers, update CRM, and maintain solid student communication.
- Liaise with university reps and agencies for timely updates

What You Bring

- 1–3 years experience in study abroad/admissions/application ops.
- Strong attention to detail & ability to manage 30–60 live applications.
- Clear communication with students & parents.
- Comfortable with CRMs, Google Sheets, and university portals.
- Fast, organised, process-oriented.
