Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies for student recruitment and admissions.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, agents, and partners in the business sector.
- Conduct presentations and workshops to promote the institution's programs to prospective students.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials for admissions campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or business development roles, preferably in the education sector.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential students and partners.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track recruitment metrics and outcomes.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
