The Admission Officer plays a key role in generating leads, counseling students, and driving enrollments through various outreach and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive admissions via ATL & BTL marketing activities (school seminars, residential events, etc.)
- Conduct school visits and build relationships with principals/coordinators for business growth
- Counsel students and parents during home visits and convert leads to admissions
- Liaise with local tutors for referrals and business opportunities
- Ensure smooth operations and compliance with internal processes
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication, sales, and networking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Fluent in English and a regional language
- Bachelor's degree required; BTech/MBA or Master's in Psychology/Education preferred
- Willingness to travel and conduct seminars
