Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective parents and provide detailed information about the schools curriculum, programmes, facilities, and admission process.
- Manage the complete admission journey, from enquiry generation to application, follow-ups, and final enrolment.
- Conduct effective parent counselling sessions and address queries professionally.
- Regularly follow up with prospective parents to ensure timely lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, counselling interactions, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the school leadership, academic team, and relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless parent experience.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing parents while maintaining high standards of service.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor or in school admissions with reputed schools.
- Excellent communication, counselling, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to engage with parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Pleasing personality with a skilled and confident approach.
