Position Summary

IndoWings is looking for an experienced Administration & Facilities Head to oversee the complete administration, maintenance, and facility operations of the company. The selected candidate will ensure that the office, factory, warehouse, production areas, R&D; labs, and supporting infrastructure remain operational, secure, clean, and well-maintained. The role includes managing technicians, contractors, vendors, housekeeping, security personnel, and service providers while ensuring timely execution of all maintenance and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Overall management of office, factory, warehouse and facility operations.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure timely resolution of civil, electrical, plumbing and carpentry issues.
- Manage housekeeping, security, pantry and support staff.
- Coordinate and supervise vendors, contractors and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- Manage office assets, furniture, fixtures and maintenance inventory.
- Prepare maintenance budgets and control facility expenses.




- Raise purchase requisitions and obtain quotations.
- Ensure workplace safety, statutory compliance and fire safety readiness.
- Maintain facility records, maintenance logs and asset registers.

Experience

- 8–15 years in Administration, Facilities Management or Plant Administration.
- Manufacturing, engineering or defence industry experience preferred.
- Experience managing industrial facilities and support teams.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Facility Management preferred.
- MBA/PG Diploma in Administration or Operations is an added advantage.
