Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process for online and distance learning programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding various online and distance learning programs.
- Understand students' educational needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain program details, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and admission process.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations team for smooth enrollment.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and maintain high conversion rates.




- Build solid relationships with prospective students and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0- 5 years of experience in Admissions, Academic Counseling, Education Counseling, Sales, or Telecalling.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
