CTC: ₹4.0 – ₹4.5 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive health insurance sales through assigned bank branches.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with bank staff to generate business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate leads from the bank's customer base and convert them into policy sales.
- Conduct customer meetings and provide suitable health insurance solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and post-sales support.
- Maintain accurate sales records and adhere to company compliance guidelines.
- Participate in branch activities, training sessions, and sales campaigns.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Insurance, BFSI, Banca, Direct Sales, or Financial Services preferred.
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Sales-oriented with a target-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned branch network.
