Act as central integration leader across R&D;, Pilot, Design, Manufacturing. Reduce time-to-commercialization and improve decision-making velocity. Establish global technology intelligence capability. Drive transformational innovation and technology leadership. Lead strategic innovation themes (flow chemistry, continuous manufacturing, green solvents, etc.).

Key Responsibilities: Technology Scouting: Identify emerging technologies from internal and external sources.

Technology Evaluation: Benchmark and compare alternative technology options.

Technology Finalization: Recommend and finalize best-fit technologies.

Governance: Manage innovation pipeline and conduct structured reviews. Cross-functional Integration: Align R&D;, manufacturing, and business teams.

Qualifications & Experience Education B. Tech/ M. Tech – Chemical Engineering.

Experience 15–20 years’ experience in chemical/pharma manufacturing. Strong experience in technology evaluation, R&D;, or process engineering.

Experience with licensors, EPCs, and pilot plants is desirable. Desirable Industry Background Specialty Chemicals Fine Chemicals Performance Materials Desirable Skills & Knowledge Functional Skills (Mastery Required) Robust knowledge of flow chemistry, reaction engineering, thermodynamics, catalysis, and separations. Process intensification, Technology benchmarking and techno-commercial evaluation.
