Job Purpose

Responsible for Specification & Revenue Conversion; drive revenue for BuzziSpace, HushOffice, Cappellini and Haworth Collection products; manage, grow A&D; Account Specification, Revenue, and Relationship.

A glimpse of your daily mission:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with A&D; Firms to position BuzziSpace, HushOffice, Cappellini and Haworth Collection as preferred solutions

- Develop credibility and thought leadership within A&D; through regular presentations, workshops, product demonstrations and industry engagements.

- Drive specifications – Own specifications in A&D; firms, specify during design and planning stages of projects.

- Identify, track, and manage specification opportunities from concept through project completion.

- Collaborate & work with sales teams, sales leaders to close orders

- Provide product expertise, design guidance, and solution recommendations

- Maintain visibility of project pipeline, specification status, and Key stakeholder relationships through CRM

- Market intelligence on industry trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects to specify

- Curate new engagement opportunities through design





- Build and nurture relationships with Acoustic Consultants and create specifications.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor's in Design – Industrial design, Furniture, Interior design

- Daily travel within the city to meet A&Ds;, Acoustic consultants, and customers.
