Responsibilities :-Responsible for posting payments from various lockboxes to the customer accounts in a timely mann erresearch and resolution of aged unidentified and unapplied cash receipts and accurate posting to customer accoun tsCoordinate payments made by a lockbox ACH/Wire and other adjustments to customer account for credits/debits and account write-of fsWork with both internal/external stakeholders to resolve for unidentified ca shReconcile Cash - Balance Accounting system funds against bank deposits and daily/monthly reconciliatio nsCommunicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding required remittance or cash application informati onIdentify areas of improvement to streamline and automate the proce ssUpdate process documentation that includes Standard Operating procedures / FMEAs / SIPOCs and other Quality manuals as and when require d.Supervises, coordinates, and directs the work activities of assigned employee s.Generate agency and direct-bill invoices for new policies, endorsements, renewals,

Experience :-Graduate with a minimum of 1–5 years of billing/account Receivables in the insurance or financial services industr y.Experience in Accounts (Cash Applications preferre d)Familiarity with agency management systems (Applied Epic, AMS360, etc.) is preferre d.Basic knowledge of insurance terms and billing cycle s.Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skill s.High attention to detail and time manageme ntWorking knowledge of various insurance agency management systems (AMS) such as Benefit Point Applied EPIC is preferr edPrior experience in the insurance brokerage industry or P&C; insuran ceProvide excellent Customer Service to internal and external custome rsExcellent verbal (oral) and written communicati onProficient with MS Office - Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook (Other system experience is a plu s)Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to deta ilAbility to execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines in order to meet the SLA and quality standard s.Willing SLA and quality standard s.
