NShift: Night Shift | 06:00 PM IST – 03:30 AM IST

NExperience: 2–6 years (Global Accounts Receivable)

NRole Overview

nInfojini is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable skilled with hands-on experience

Nin Global AR operations. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end receivables, ensure timely

Ncollections, and support month-end closing while working with international clients and

Nstakeholders.

nKeyResponsibilities

N- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes for global clients

N- Handle invoicing, cash application, collections, and dispute resolution

N- Follow up with international customers via email and calls for outstanding payments

N- Perform AR aging analysis and ensure timely closures

N- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies

N- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities

N- Maintain accurate AR records and compliance with internal controls

N- Coordinate with Sales, Billing, and Finance teams for issue resolution

N- Ensure adherence to SLA, TAT, and global accounting standards





NRequired Skills & Qualifications

N- 2–6 years of experiencein Global Accounts Receivable

N- Strong understanding ofOTC / AR lifecycle

N- Experience working withUS, UK, or other international geographies

N- Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)

N- Strong communication skills for global stakeholder interaction

N- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)

N- Willingness to work in night shift (07:00 PM – 04:30 AM IST) / ( 6:00 PM - 3.30 AM IST )

NPreferred Qualifications

N- Experience in staffing,IT services, or consulting industry

N- Knowledge of GAAP / IFRS

N- Prior exposure to audits and compliance requirements
