We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to join our Finance team. If you have experience in Accounts Receivable, SAP S/4HANA, and the Manufacturing/Export industry, we'd love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

Generate Customer Debit Notes & Credit Notes.

Monitor customer outstanding balances and ensure timely collections.

Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Prepare ageing reports and overdue analysis.

Coordinate with Sales, Taxation, and Customers for invoice-related issues.

Ensure timely receipt accounting and maintain customer master data.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Assist statutory auditors with schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.





Prepare and verify BOE documents as per LC and follow up for payments.

Monitor customer credit limits and support credit control activities.

Manage EDPMS closure and coordinate with banks for export realization and compliance.

Technical Skills

Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA (FI/SD Module preferred).

Robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas).
