Job Summary

Jatin Pharma is looking for a sincere, organized, and detail-oriented Purchase & Accounts Executive to support our day-to-day purchase, accounting, and stock management activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with MS Excel and Marg and Tally and should be willing to learn and grow with the Firm.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase

- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with suppliers regarding orders and deliveries.
- Maintain purchase records and files.
- Compare supplier quotations when required.
- Coordinate with suppliers for routine purchase activities.

Accounts
- Record purchase and payment entries in Marg Software.
- Maintain supplier bills and invoices.
- Update supplier ledgers.
- Organize accounting documents and files.




- Assist the Accountant with daily accounting work.

Inventory & Stock
- Assist in physical stock counting.
- Report low-stock items to the management.

Administrative Support
- Maintain Excel reports and office records.
- Keep purchase and accounts documents properly organized.
- Perform other office-related tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent preferred).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Marg Software preferred.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Honest, responsible, and eager to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,699.44 per month
