Job Title: Accounts Officer

Salary Range: ₹30,000-₹35,000/ Month

Time: 10 AM- 6 PM

Experience Required: 2.5 - 3+ Yrs

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant Officer to manage day-to-day accounting operations while also supporting administrative and compliance-related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals and be willing to handle additional administrative responsibilities. Training will be provided for non-accounting tasks.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Accounting

- Pass Purchase Entries accurately in the accounting system.

- Pass Journal Entries and other accounting adjustments as required.

- Handle GST accounting, reconciliations, and compliance activities.

- Manage TDS accounting, deductions, and related documentation.

- Perform regular Bank Reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.

- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and supporting financial records.

- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.





- Coordinate with management, auditors, and consultants for accounting, taxation, and compliance requirements.

Note: Sales entries are not part of this role.

Administrative Responsibilities (Training Provided)

- Maintain and organize important business, legal, and compliance-related documents.

- Assist management with certification, documentation, and other administrative compliance tasks as required.

Candidate Profile

- B.Com, or equivalent qualification.

- 2.5–3+ years of relevant experience.

- Responsible, sincere, and detail-oriented.
