– ACCOUNTS MANAGER Industry: Automobile / Automobile Dealership Department: Accounts & Finance Location: Madhyamgram, West Bengal Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting operations of the automobile dealership/workshop. Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance . Prepare and review monthly financial statements, MIS reports, P&L;, balance sheet, and cash-flow reports .

Monitor accounts payable and receivable , outstanding payments, and vendor/customer balances. Manage bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, journal entries, and general accounting . Ensure timely GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings .

Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments. Monitor dealership sales, service, spare parts, insurance, accessories, and other business-related accounts . Ensure proper accounting of vehicle sales, service billing, parts inventory, expenses, and receipts .

Conduct regular internal checks and reconciliation to identify discrepancies.



Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, cost control, and decision-making. Supervise and guide the accounts team and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Candidate Requirements Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.

Industry Experience: Automobile dealership experience preferred. Solid knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and taxation . Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Strong analytical, communication, and team-management skills. Ability to handle work independently and meet deadlines.
