Role Description The Accounts & Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. The role involves overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management. The manager will prepare and review financial statements, manage budgeting and forecasting, monitor cash flow, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

The role includes coordinating with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks, as well as implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve financial processes.



The Accounts & Finance Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial analysis and insights that support business decisions, while supervising and mentoring accounting staff to maintain accurate and timely financial records.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in accounting and finance, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Experience with tax compliance, statutory filings, and coordination with auditors and regulatory authorities.

Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, along with advanced skills in Excel and other financial analysis tools.

Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor internal controls, process improvements, and risk management practices.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and lead a small finance team.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) are an advantage.

Prior experience in a similar Accounts & Finance Manager or senior accounting role, preferably in a technology or services-based organization.

Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
