Key Responsibilities

- Handle accounting for e-commerce platforms, e.g., Am@zon, Fl!pkart, Mee$ho, Bl!nkit, etc.

- Record daily transactions: sales, returns, commissions, fees, and logistics charges

- Pass entries in Tally ERP

- Maintain accurate debit & credit accounting

- Reconciliation &
- Settlements

- Reconcile marketplace settlements with bank statements

- Perform platform-wise reconciliation (orders, returns, deductions)

- Verify payment advices / settlement reports

- Track receivables and follow up for pending payments

- TDS &

- Compliance

- Record and reconcile TDS deductions by marketplaces

- Match TDS with Form 26Q / 26AS (if applicable)

- Assist in GST data preparation (sales, returns, adjustments)

- Advertisements &

- Expense Accounting

- Account for advertisement spends (Amazon Ads,



Flipkart Ads, etc.)

- Track ad spends vs sales performance

- Ensure proper booking under correct expense heads

- Coordination &

- Communication

- Coordinate with operations for order/return mismatches

- Handle email communication with platforms for discrepancies

Key Skills &

- Requirements

- Basic knowledge of accounting (Debit/Credit concepts)

- Experience with Tally ERP

- Understanding of e-commerce settlements & deductions

- Excel skills (reconciliation, basic formulas)

- Robust attention to detail

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
