Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and maintain daily financial transactions.

- Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.

- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.

- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (as applicable).

- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities.

- Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursement, if required.





- Work with internal departments and vendors to resolve accounting discrepancies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance (freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also be considered).

- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
