Role & responsibilities

1.Manage daily banking operations, including payments, receipts, fund transfers, bank reconciliations, and coordination with banks.

2.Monitor bank balances to ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.

- Coordinate with banks for working capital limits, BGs, LCs, term loans, and other banking documentation.
- Reconcile bank accounts, tax ledgers, and statutory records, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.

5.Support internal, statutory, GST, and tax audits by providing required records, schedules, and documentation.

6.Ensure compliance with company policies, banking regulations, and applicable tax laws while maintaining accurate records and timely reporting.

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny in the ERP system.

8.Assist in monthly and annual financial closing, MIS reporting, budgeting support, and account reconciliations.
