We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, motivated and experienced Accounts Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting transactions, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting day-to-day finance operations. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a positive understanding of accounting principles and taxation.

Below is an overview of the role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, vendor accounts, and ledger balances.
- Process vendor invoices and prepare payment schedules.
- Prepare and verify GST workings, TDS calculations, and assist in statutory return filings.
- Generate e-invoices and e-way bills as required.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.




- Maintain fixed asset records and support inventory accounting.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Assist in MIS reporting and other finance-related assignments.

Requirements: · Qualifications: B.Com, M.Com, CA dropouts or equivalent.

· 2–3 years of experience in accounting and finance.

· Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.

· Proficiency in Tally and a strong grasp of statutory compliance.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenges effectively.

· Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience. (Approx 25 K)
