Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations ensure accurate reporting and support strategic decision-making The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles financial analysis and compliance requirements with the ability to work effectively across teams Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger Prepare and review financial statements MIS reports and monthly reconciliations Assist in budgeting forecasting and variance analysis to support management decisions Ensure timely filing of GST TDS and other statutory compliance Monitor cash flow banking transactions and fund management Support audits internal and statutory by coordinating with auditors and ensuring accuracy of financial records Implement and maintain internal financial controls and accounting policies Support management in cost optimization and financial planning Maintain vendor and customer account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and accounting standards Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of accounting principles taxation and compliance Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel advanced level preferred Analytical mindset with attention to detail Robust communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities Qualification Experience Bachelor s or Master s degree in Commerce Finance Accounting B Com M Com MBA Finance CA Inter preferred 1-5 years of experience in finance accounts role manufacturing industrial sector experience will be an advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 79 - 39 809 72 per month Benefits Provident Fund Education Master s Required Language English Required Location Anjar Gujarat Required Work Location In person
