Role Description The Accounts and Dispatch role at Numatix Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities such as recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, handling invoices, and supporting basic financial reporting. The position also includes overseeing dispatch operations by coordinating order processing, tracking shipments, maintaining dispatch records, and liaising with logistics partners and internal teams.

The individual will ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services,



verify documentation, and support inventory tracking and reconciliation. Regular communication with vendors, clients, and colleagues will be required to resolve issues, clarify requirements, and maintain smooth operational workflows.

Qualifications

Ability to handle core accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoice management, and basic financial documentation.

Experience or familiarity with dispatch operations, order tracking, shipment coordination, and record keeping.

Proficiency with office productivity tools and accounting or ERP software; strong comfort with spreadsheets and digital documentation.

Robust attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

Relevant educational background, such as a diploma or degree in commerce, business administration, or a related field.

Prior experience in accounts, logistics, or dispatch operations will be considered an advantage.
