- Assist the finance and accounting team with day-to-day accounting activities.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Assist with invoice processing, billing, and payment entries.
- Maintain and update accounting records and financial documents.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Support preparation of basic financial reports and MIS.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in accounting systems.
- Assist with month-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for invoices, expenses, and payment-related documents.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Accounting & Finance principles.
- Knowledge of Debit/Credit, Journal Entries, Ledger, Trial Balance.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good MS Excel skills – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas.
- Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime is preferred.
- Positive analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Education
- B.Com / M.Com / BAF / BMS (Finance) or related Finance/Accounting qualification.
