Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead a portfolio of international clients, oversee accounting operations, mentor high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional financial reporting in a rapid-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting for US/UK clients




- Lead month-end and year-end close processes
- Review financial statements and reporting deliverables
- Mentor and manage accounting teams
- Drive process improvements, automation, and quality controls
- Build strong client relationships and ensure service excellence

What We're Looking For

- CA/ACCA with 8–10 years of experience
- Strong exposure to US/UK Accounting
- Hands-on experience with Xero, QuickBooks (NetSuite is a plus)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel & IFRS, UK/US GAAP, and financial reporting.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading teams in a client-facing environment
