Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations accurately. Experience in real estate, coworking, or property management will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Prepare and record sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries.
- Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and vendor/customer statements.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Process payroll and maintain employee salary records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other statutory authorities.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support management with financial reports,



budgeting, and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in real estate, coworking, or property management accounting.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Work Schedule: Day Shift Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
