Key Responsibilities

- Audit logistics team activities and ensure finance accuracy and accountability.
- Forex Transaction on day to day basis(USD) with bank process coordination.
- Monitor shipment costing, job profitability
- Time Bound Payment Process execution with Shipping line/Airline
- Credit control for shipments execution
- Close Coordination with Finance team of Shipping line/Airline/Vendor and customer.
- Review compliance reports and ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal controls.




- Payment dispute resolution and Time bound recovery.
- Verify debtor and creditor ledgers and reconcile logistics transactions with ERP.
- Support function for Yearly Balancesheet/Audit and TDS process.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Prepare ad hoc analytical reports and presentations for management.

Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in Logistics Finance (Freight forwarding/Shipping line/Airline)
- Solid experience in logistics process reviews, MIS reporting, and financial reconciliation.
- Experience in transport, logistics, fleet management, or Shipping industries is preferred.
