Role & responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.

- Manage and verify cash, bank, purchase, sales, and expense transactions.

- Record and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Prepare and maintain daily revenue reports, cash reports, and financial statements as required.

- Conduct regular bank and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

- Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, purchase documents, and supporting records.

- Monitor hotel receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.

- Ensure proper documentation and accounting of all hotel revenue and expenses.

- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Support the preparation of MIS reports and financial statements for management review.

- Ensure compliance with applicable GST, TDS and other statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with the Head Office Finance & Accounts team and other departments for financial and accounting matters.





- Assist with internal and statutory audits by providing necessary records and documentation.

- Monitor and maintain proper controls over cash handling and financial transactions.

- Ensure adherence to company accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry.

- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.

- Working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances will be an advantage.

- Robust analytical, numerical, and reconciliation skills.

- Good attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Must be willing to relocate to Udaipur, Rajasthan, and join at the earlies
