About the job Role Description

We are hiring a full time Accountant for our Goa site office. The Accountant will be responsible for overseeing day to day financial operations, assisting in financial reports, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with local tax regulations. Day-to-day tasks include reconciling accounts, managing payroll, assisting with audits, maintaining financial records, and managing compliances.

The Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and optimize financial performance. Qualifications

Minimum 4 years experience with proficiency in accounting principles and financial reporting.

Experience in payroll management, accounts reconciliation, and tax compliance

Ability to analyze financial data,



and implement financial improvements

Strong proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial tools

Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred)
