Company: O P Bagla & Co LLP O P Bagla & Co LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience in financial reporting and statutory compliance.

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- CA Inter (Appeared/Qualified) will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit schedules.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Reconcile bank accounts, customer balances,



and vendor accounts.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support management with MIS reports and financial analysis.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP), and MS Office.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
