Accountant

Location: Kakkanad, Kochi

Job Type: Part-time (On-site).Weekly Once.

Salary: ₹1,000 – ₹3,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to manage the company's accounting and administrative tasks by visiting the office once a week. This role is also suitable for Commerce students or freshers with basic accounting knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update all financial records and accounting books.
- Handle GST filing, TDS, ITR, and other statutory compliances.
- Manage bank transactions, reconciliations, and dealing with banks for office requirements.
- Prepare financial reports, ledgers, and balance sheets as required.
- Manage office administrative tasks (documentation, correspondence, record keeping, etc.).
- Assist management in budgeting and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.





Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR filing, and general accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
