Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role (with minimum 2-3 years experience) located in Jaspur, Uttrakhand. The Accountant will handle day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements. The role includes preparing and reviewing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with payroll-related entries.

The Accountant will support monthly and annual closing processes, prepare financial reports, and help ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and local tax regulations. The individual will collaborate with internal teams, respond to financial queries,



and help improve financial processes and controls.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in core accounting functions, including bookkeeping, ledger management, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, local tax regulations, GST/TDS processes, and statutory compliance requirements.

Experience using accounting and ERP software, along with solid MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA/CPA/CMA or in progress) are an advantage.

Prior experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in a corporate or mid-sized business environment.

Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and willingness to learn and adapt to evolving business needs.

Minimum 2-3 years experience.
