NWe are an international customer service organization looking for an accounts professional with at least 3 years of experience who is comfortable working from our office in Noida.

NKey Responsibilities:

NAccounting & Bookkeeping:

N- Maintain books of accounts in Tally/ERP

N- Record daily transactions, journal entries, and vouchers

N- Reconcile bank statements, cash, and ledgers

N- Maintain accounts payable and receivable

NTaxation & Compliance

n- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation)

N- Handle TDS computation

N- Assist in Income Tax audit and return preparation

N- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements

NFinancial Reporting

n- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

N- Assist in finalization of Balance Sheet and P&L;

N- Support statutory, tax,and internal audits

N- Maintain proper documentation and records

NCoordination & Support

N- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks

N- Handle queries from management related to accounts





N- MIS reporting

NRequired Qualifications

N- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent

N- M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter (preferred)

N- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience

N- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and MS Office

N- Attention to detail andaccuracy

N- Valuable communication and coordination skills

N- Ability to meet deadlines

nPreferences

N- Knowledge of PF/ESI & STPI compliances

N- Experience in the service industry is preferred

N- Work from the Office
