Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Bengaluru. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, preparing financial statements, and ensuring timely month-end and year-end closing activities.

The role involves overseeing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. The Accountant will ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls, while preparing reports and analyses to support management decision-making.



Collaboration with cross-functional teams, auditors, and external stakeholders is expected to ensure accurate and transparent financial information.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in core accounting functions, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial statement preparation.
- Robust knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, compliance requirements, and internal control practices.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems, along with solid Excel and financial analysis skills.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to interpret and present financial data clearly.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
- Experience in technology, logistics, or operations-focused organizations is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and maintain high standards of integrity and confidentiality.
