We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and preparing financial reports to support our business operations.

Responsibilities

- Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Conduct audits and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
