Role Description The Accountant role at BUDDY'S AUTOMOTIVE CONCEPTS, LLC is a full time hybrid position based in Mysore, with some work-from-home flexibility. The individual in this role will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements.

Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, monitoring cash flow, assisting with budgeting, and supporting periodic audits. The Accountant will also ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, prepare tax-related documentation, and provide financial reports and insights to management.



Collaboration with sales and operations teams to support accurate financial tracking and reporting is a key part of this role.

Qualifications Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and practices, including ledger management, reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Proficiency with accounting software and tools, such as ERP systems, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis.

Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, collections, and cash flow monitoring.

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of tax documentation and compliance-related filings.

Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

Capability to work in a hybrid setting, demonstrating self-motivation and reliability when working independently and on-site.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CPA or equivalent) are an advantage.

Prior experience in automotive retail, dealership accounting, or a similar industry is preferred but not required.
