Accounts cum Dispatch

- Day-to-Day Accounting Knowledge – Recording daily transactions (sales, purchases, expenses) in Tally Prime and performing ledger reconciliations.

- Foreign Exchange Gain/Loss – Understanding FX gain/loss and currency fluctuations.

- Sales Invoicing & Billing – Preparing packing challans and GST tax invoices.

- Export Invoice Preparation – Commercial invoices, packing lists, proforma invoices, clearing agent checklist.

- Documentation Management – Shipping bills, Certificates of Origin, Bills of Lading.

- Advance License / LUT knowledge.

- Freight Analysis – Obtain quotations and negotiate freight.

- Petty Cash Management.

- Accounts Receivable – Outstanding statements and collection follow-up.

- Audit – GST, Tax audits, scrutiny and assessments.

- Knowledge of GST, E-Way Bill and TDS.

- Dispatch & Logistics Coordination.

- TDS Returns (RPU/FVU).

- Stock Valuation (FIFO).
