Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to join our team.

- 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
N

nKey Responsibilities:

N

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
N
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
N
- Prepare and file GST and TDS returns within the prescribed timelines.
N
- Handle GST reconciliations and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations.
N
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
N
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
N
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
N
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities during audits and assessments.
N
- Process vendor payments and maintain vendor/customer ledgers.
N
- Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliations.
N
- Maintain payroll records and support salary processing (if required).
N




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
N
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
N

nRequirements:

N

n
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field. M.Com or relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
N
- 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting.
N
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, taxation, and statutory compliance.
N
- Proficiency in Tally,Busy, or similar accounting software.
N
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
N
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
N
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
N
