Account Manager – Social Media & Client Strategy

Experience: 3–5 years We’re looking for a smart, dynamic and highly proactive Account Manager who can take complete ownership of client accounts.

This is not a traditional client servicing role. You should understand social media, be good with content and strategy, and be someone who gets things done without constant follow-ups. What you’ll handle

End-to-end management of client accounts

Client communication, briefs, feedback and approvals

Social media strategy and monthly content calendars

Content ideation, captions, copy and basic scripting

Coordination with creative, design, video and production teams

Shoot planning and execution

Social media reporting, page growth and basic understanding of numbers

Basic Meta Ads / paid social knowledge





Timelines, follow-ups and ensuring every deliverable goes out on time

We’re looking for someone who

Has 3–5 years of agency/social media experience

Writes well and understands social media

Is organised, fast and extremely proactive

Takes ownership and stays on top of every project

Can manage clients as well as internal teams confidently
