:

· Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accurate recording of journal entries, ledger maintenance, vendor and customer accounting, and routine financial transactions.

· Prepare, review, and monitor bank reconciliations on a regular basis, ensuring timely identification and resolution of discrepancies.

· Review books of accounts periodically and support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, including finalization of accounts and preparation of schedules.

· Ensure timely preparation and filing of statutory and tax compliances, including GST returns, TDS returns, PF statements, PF challans, and other applicable regulatory submissions.

· Maintain sound working knowledge of GST, TDS, e-way bills, PF, and other relevant taxation and compliance requirements applicable to business operations.

· Prepare financial statements, management reports, reconciliation statements, and other financial documents required for internal review and external reporting.

· Coordinate with factory and operational teams to obtain accounting inputs, verify supporting documents, and ensure timely completion of accounting entries.

· Work efficiently on Tally ERP for accounting, reporting, reconciliation, and data management activities.

· Coordinate and support various audits, including statutory audit, GST audit, bank stock audit, and other internal or external audit requirements by preparing necessary reports and documentation.

· Monitor accounting processes, maintain proper documentation, and ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and applicable compliance timelines.





· Take ownership of end-to-end accounting department processes and proactively follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.

· Demonstrate a proactive, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven approach, with willingness to take additional efforts whenever required to meet business and compliance objectives.

Skills

· Accounting Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP and other accounting tools for ledger maintenance, reconciliation, reporting, and financial data management.

· Taxation and Statutory Compliance: Good understanding of GST, TDS, PF, e-way bills, statutory filings, challan preparation, and compliance timelines.

· Financial Reporting and Reconciliation: Ability to prepare financial statements, bank reconciliations, audit schedules, management reports, and supporting documentation accurately.

· Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to review accounting data, identify discrepancies, analyze financial records, and provide practical solutions.

· Audit Coordination: Experience in preparing reports and documents required for statutory audit, GST audit, bank stock audit, and internal audit requirements.

· Communication and Coordination: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, factory staff, auditors, banks, and external consultants.

· Time Management and Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, maintain proper documentation, and manage multiple accounting and compliance responsibilities efficiently.

· Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in accounting entries, reconciliations, compliance filings, and financial record maintenance.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
