NJob Summary

nWe are seeking an experienced in Accounts to lead and oversee the organization's finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in managing large-scale corporate financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, driving financial planning, and leading a high-performing accounts team.

NKey Responsibilities

nLead and manage the complete Finance & Accounts function of the organization.

NPrepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and balance sheets.

NEnsure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and all other statutory regulations.

NSupervise month-end and year-end closing activities.

NCoordinate with statutoryauditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and regulatory authorities.

NPrepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports for senior leadership.

NMonitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and fund management.

NEnsure compliance with Accounting Standards,



internal controls, and financial policies.

NLead, mentor, and developthe Accounts & Finance team.

NDrive process improvements, automation initiatives, and financial control mechanisms.

NSupport management with strategic financial decision-making and business planning.

NRequired Skills

nStrong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Financial Reporting, and Balance Sheet Finalization.

NExpertise in Budgeting, Cost Control, Fund Management, and Statutory Compliance.

NExperience in handling large-volume corporate accounts.

NStrong analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

NProficiency in Tally ERP,ERP Systems, Advanced MS Excel, and accounting software.

NExperience

nMinimum 10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

NExperience in leading finance teams and managing corporate accounting functions.
