Purpose of the Job:
The Executive Finance will support the financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting, compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting. The role is critical in maintaining financial discipline for academic programs, research initiatives, and campus development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate books of accounts
- Process journal entries and reconciliations
- Assist in financial statements preparation
- Ensure timely closure of accounts
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Process vendor invoices and payments
- Manage reimbursements and expense claims
- Track receivables (fees, grants)
Budgeting & Planning:
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Track budget vs actuals
- Perform variance analysis
Compliance & Audit:
- Ensure GST, TDS compliance
- Support audits and documentation
Payroll Support:
- Assist payroll processing
Grants & Research Finance:
- Manage research funding and utilization
- Prepare utilization reports
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaise with vendors, auditors, and internal teams
