Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities and manage all accounting work up to balance sheet finalization. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Locaiton : AKOTA, Vadodara contact : (phone hidden) Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).

5+ years of accounting experience.

Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, SAP MUST Positive understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation.

Key Responsibilities Handle complete accounting activities up to finalization of accounts and balance sheet.

Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.

Prepare journal entries, payment entries, receipt entries, and contra entries.

Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer account reconciliation.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.





Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and return filings.

Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

Monitor cash flow and maintain proper financial documentation.

Prepare MIS reports and financial reports for management.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Support budgeting and expense tracking activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in handling accounts independently up to balance sheet finalization.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Knowledge of audit support and statutory compliance.
