About The Company

Medico Workforce is hiring on behalf of our client, a reputed organization in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to handle daily accounting activities, maintain financial records, prepare reports, and support the finance team. Candidates with robust accounting knowledge and proficiency in accounting software are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

- Prepare vouchers, invoices, purchase entries, and sales entries.

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.

- Prepare GST-related records and assist with statutory compliance.

- Generate financial reports and MIS reports.

- Maintain petty cash and expense records.





- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments.

- Ensure accurate documentation and filing of financial records.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

- M.Com or relevant accounting certifications will be an added advantage.

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Account Executive or Accountant.

- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.

- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.

- Good analytical and communication skills.
