Role Description This is a full time, on-site Account Executive role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area.

The Account

Executive will manage client accounts, handle daily communication with customers, and ensure timely resolution of inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining sales and account documentation, coordinating orders and deliveries with internal teams, and updating records in company systems. The role also involves tracking account performance, preparing basic reports, supporting billing and collections activities,



and identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support business growth.

Qualifications Ability to manage client accounts, maintain accurate records, and follow structured processes for orders, billing, and documentation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams in a clear, professional manner.

Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, word processing, and email) and comfort working with data entry or CRM systems.

Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated reliability, ethical conduct, and a customer-focused approach to problem solving.

Prior experience in trading, sales support, or account management is beneficial but not mandatory.

Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, also pursuing MBA in accounting and finance.

Willingness to work on-site in the Kolkata area and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
