Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, in office role based in the Sindhudurg district. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring timely delivery of products or services. Day-to-day tasks include following up on leads, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client requirements.

The Account

Executive will monitor account performance, address client issues promptly, and identify opportunities to expand business with existing and new customers.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and contributing to sales planning and forecasting.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management skills, including communication, negotiation, and customer service.
- Ability to manage sales processes, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and post-sale support.
- Proficiency in basic office software and tools for documentation, reporting, and presentation.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in sales, account management, or business development is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Sindhudurg district and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
